Why Monetizing Points Often Beats Developer Alternatives


Many timeshare developers offer alternative ways to use your points — such as cruises, airline tickets, gift cards, hotel conversions, or tour packages. While these options may sound appealing, most owners quickly discover that the value received is often significantly less than the cost of their maintenance fees.


In many cases, converting your timeshare points into these alternative programs results in substantially reduced value compared to using the points for accommodations or monetizing them through rentals.


Most experienced owners find it more financially beneficial to monetize their unused points through our system and then pay cash for alternative travel options. This allows them to preserve more value and often pocket the difference.


For example:
