Tony Avitia

President/CEO

After 15 years in the Timeshare industry working for most of the major developers he finally found a way to help owners with some of their biggest problems. After writing a book to help Timeshare owners with their biggest problems such as renting, trading and selling their timeshares it got him in trouble with the places he worked at. After being let go from two major developers for helping owners offset their maintenance fees he and his wife decided to just go with it. It turned out to be the right decision and have built this company to a team of 19 to assist timeshare owners in all aspects of getting the best value out of their timeshare program. It has always been a wish for him to help owners with one of their most challenging issues of being able to pay maintenance fees when they cannot use it. 

He also wants everyone to know how awesome exchanging their timeshare can be if they do it correctly. His goal is to help all the timeshare owners get maximum value out of their purchase by being able to trade with a ~97%+ success rate, get their points rented when needed, how to get sold out reservations and how to sell it without getting taken advantage of. 

He now runs the business out of Nashville where they home-school their twin daughters and will soon be traveling the world.
