I've known about Timeshares Simplified since last year and I've been very happy with their work. I started out about a year ago speaking with the owner, Tony, about his video; which is a step by step training video on how to make money renting out yo ... ur timeshare. He personally offered advice to me on how I could go about renting out my Timeshare. In the course of discussing this with him and his people (Business Managers) I learned that they would "buy" my points and use them to make money renting out my timeshare. This worked well for me because I don't have much time and, since I have medical issues and obligations I am unable to use my points right now. They paid me for my points: covered my maintenance fees. They took care of everything else: Scheduled the timeshare location, rented out the timeshare. I have had a wonderful experience with "Timeshares Simplified". They paid cash for my points, up front, and used those points to schedule timeshares at beautiful resorts and rented them out. We both benefited from this. In recent years I have not bee ... n able to use my points (due to medical issues and obligations) and they needed my points. Worked out great! Everything is "on the level", completely professional. I worked with Evgeny and the owner of the company(Tony)- Both GREAT people. How much cash did I get for my points? A little bit more than the cost of my maintenance fees. Very happy that someone else could use my points. I can't say enough "good stuff" about these guys. I am happy to have been able to do business with them this year! I can understand if you are unsure about trusting anyone that says they are going to sell your points or help you sell your timeshare. There are alot of shady people out there. In the last 15-years I've been through it all; lost a ton of money to these SCAMS! Because of this, I was unsure about doing business with Timeshare Simplified. But I saw the owner's video(explaining how to make money renting out your timeshare) and then had some communication with the owner (he's a very nice, helpful guy!) and his General Managers (all great, down to earth, honest people). They were always honest with me, so I took it to the next level with them (small steps)... In the end I've been very happy with Timeshares Simplified. I've found they are honest, patient and explain everything. Always follow through with their promises. We had an official binding contract. All went as expected... I'm very happy with the outcome.
